| On April 20th morning, the heavy truck loaded with 30 tons of microcrystalline plates and clay, drove out from Jingniu Group, went to the Shanghai port to deliver exports to Indonesia. This block of products of microcrystalline plates and clay is the first time to export abroad, which be used for the Indonesian coal-fired factory coalscuttle project.
The original design for the project is 18mm thick high molecular weight Polyethylene products (CHMW-PE), after a number of efforts by crystallite sales department, the total contractor finally agreed to change six coalscuttles lining into 14mm thick microcrystalline plate.
International trade unlike domestic trade, the situation is more complex and specific. When to sign contracts, the contract contents should be discussed one by one. After two days of intense negotiations, finally the contract contents from the total number of 54 pages to 29 pages, the provisions of the contract have basic consensus, but the payment is always contentious. Buyers insisted on COD, but the crystallite sales department insisted on collect before delivery, and ultimately buyers complied to pay before delivery.
After signing the contract, Jingniu Group relevant leaders highly regarded it and set up Indonesia exports leading group, then made delivery schedules five days ahead to ensure the smooth completion of this export task.
