Jingniu Group introduced this international advanced on-line coating technology to produce top grade Float Glass in 1990. The technology (CVD) follows the sediment principle of chemical gases and films and it is formed inside tin-trough section of float technology under the conditions of stable temperature, unique circumstances and clean surface. Chemical gases are continuously and uniformly piped to glass surface via special equipment and decomposition so the crystal silicon film is settled on the surface. This technique produces a very high quality coated glass.
On-line coated glass is able to resist erosion better than most ordinarily coated glass. On-line coated glass is commonly used for skyscrapers, building decorations, hollow and interlining glasses. The main color is green, blue and grey with high transmitting ratio and reflection. It provides lighting, energy-saving, decorating and environmental protecting purposes all in one. It is an ideal choice for today’s modern buildings.
The On-line Coated Glass passed the inspection by the State Glass Quality Supervision and Test Center. It accords with JC689-1998 standard.
